Jhatpat Pasta: Mexican snack

As this is the cricket season, everyone like to watch it by having snacks right? If yes then try something new with pasta this evening. Here we have brought procedure to prepare kid friendly and healthy Jhatpat pasta procedure.

Ingredients:
1 cup - Pasta (rotelle)
1 cup - vegetables (beans, carrots, jalapenos)
1 tbsp - salsa sauce
1 tsp - chilli sauce
1/2 tsp - soya sauce
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
1/2 tsp - chilli powder/ rasam Powder
1/2 tsp each - mustard seeds, jeera, Channa dal, Urad Dal
1 tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1: Boil pasta and vegetables in a dish till it turns slightly whitish at the edges.
Step 2: Take a kadai and pour the oil (As per required) and heat it.
Step 3: Splutter the mustard seeds, jeera, chana dal, urda dal and asafetida a bit for smell.
Step 4: finally add salsa sauce, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
Step 5: Add required amount of Salt as per your taste and to it add chilli powder or rasam powder as final touch.
Step 6: Serve hot.
The tasty and healthy Jhatpat pasta is ready to serve. The recipe is delicious with the pasta and healthier with the vegetables used in it.
