South African batsman AB De Villers has smashed fastest century against West Indies in Johannesburg on Sunday, where he had surpassed New Zealander’s Corey Anderson record for the fastest century in a one-day international. AB de Villers has become the faster than Anderson with five balls remaining when he set the record against the same opposition in Queenstown a year ago.
AB De Villiers has went on to score 149 runs against West Indies, including 16 sixes and nine fours, from just 44 balls which he was impressed Corey Anderson’s 131 not out against West Indies came from 47 deliveries and included 14 sixes and six fours.
Records were made to be broke and congratulations to AB De Villers, it was obviously a hell of an innings on Sunday said Corey Anderson in Nelson where New Zealand team were preparing for the fourth ODI against Sri Lanka.
